Project: One of the largest industrial complexes for oil refining in the world, the Jazan Refinery covers 12 km2 and can process 400k barrels of crude oil per day at peak capacity. This project commenced in 2014, with refinery commissioning completing in 2022. The refinery construction was divided into numerous multi-billion dollar EPC packages and a peak construction has onsite labour totally circa 80,000 workers.

Added Knowledge: Adkno provided ongoing dispute resolution services to Saudi Aramco and its partners, specifically in relation to the claim resolution to allow the divestment of certain parts of the refinery complex. Adkno provided its analysis of ongoing liabilities relating to unresolved claims to allow the final sale price to be determined.
